Activate Your School in Just Two Easy Steps

  1. Submit Your School's W-9 Form & Direct Deposit Information

    There is no obligation or contract needed for your school to participate in the TrueBlue Schools program. All your school has to do is submit a completed, signed and dated copy of the IRS W-9 form to us so that we may get your school set up to receive donations. Download W-9 form here (pdf).

    We've made receiving your school's quarterly donations even faster with direct deposit. All we need is the bank name, routing number, deposit account number, as well as a name and email address of the person who receives electronic banking information for your school.  We can send a paper check, but direct deposit saves time and trees! Now that's TrueBlue!

  2. Assign a TrueBlue Coordinator at Your School

    3. TrueBlue Coordinators are charged with engaging your school community to sign up for Georgia Natural Gas and designating your school to receive TrueBlue funds.  They are the key to TrueBlue success.
