Terms and Conditions for TrueBlue Schools Program Coordinator Incentive
General. A representative of each school participating in the TrueBlue Schools Program (the Program) sponsored by Georgia Natural Gas (GNG) shall identify one person to serve as Program coordinator (the Coordinator) for the school upon the school’s receipt of Program contributions from GNG. The Coordinator shall be the person who has accepted primary responsibility for supporting the Program at the school and spearheading the efforts to make the Program a success at the school.
Coordinator Incentive. As an acknowledgement of the Coordinator’s efforts in support of the Program, GNG will provide the incentive below to the Coordinator:

If 500 new customers enroll with GNG for natural gas service and enroll in the Program with respect to the Coordinator’s designated school during the applicable incentive period, then GNG will also make an additional $1,000 donation to the school.
The applicable incentive period extends for 12 months, from July 1 through June 30, with the initial incentive period being July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. The incentives are cumulative within the applicable 12-month incentive period. For example, once 70 new customers have enrolled with GNG for natural gas service and have enrolled in the Program with respect to the Coordinator’s school during a 12-month incentive period, the Coordinator would be entitled to Visa® Cards totaling $75 in value.
Coordinators participating in any other GNG loyalty or reward program may not also simultaneously participate in the Coordinator incentive program.
Qualifying Enrolled Customers. Enrollment in the Program may occur only after the customer’s account for natural gas service has been activated within GNG’s systems. Service activation is subject to GNG’s credit and payment policies. For purposes of the Coordinator incentive, a new GNG customer is a customer who has enrolled with GNG for natural gas service within the 45-day period preceding such customer’s enrollment in the Program. New GNG customers not designating the Coordinator’s school for their Program contributions are not considered for purposes of calculating the Coordinator’s incentive. Existing customers participating in the Program are not considered for purposes of calculating the Coordinator’s incentive.
GNG reserves the right to limit the number of Program participants and exclude from enrollment and/or participation in the Program any customer whom GNG deems to be improperly using the Program.
Eligible Schools. Schools eligible to receive contributions under the Program include all public elementary, middle and secondary schools, plus accredited private schools having in place a valid Section 501(c)(3) determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service. Accredited private schools include those receiving accreditation from the Georgia Accrediting Commission, the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges or a comparable generally recognized accrediting body or organization. All qualifying schools must be located in the Atlanta Gas Light Company service territory to receive contributions. GNG reserves the right to deny a school from eligibility in the Program at GNG’s sole discretion.
Termination and Modification. GNG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Program (including the Coordinator incentive) and/or modify the terms and conditions of the Program (including the Coordinator incentive) at any time and without notice to any customer, school or other party.
NO GUARANTEE OF CONTRIBUTIONS. GNG does not guarantee or warrant that any qualifying school will receive any minimum amount of contributions under the Program.
NO ENDORSEMENT OF SCHOOLS. GNG does not endorse any qualifying school or the programs or policies of any qualifying school by such school’s participation in the Program or receipt of contributions from GNG.
